Making Decisions
Making Decisions
Making decisions can sometimes be so difficult that the pressure I feel sends me into my trusted flight stress response – ready to bury my head in the sand in hope that someone else will deal with the problem. However, today is not like that. Today my stomach feels like lead and my head is starting to pound. My throat feels constricted and although I’ve been working on my mindset, I’ve been seething since my alarm had the audacity to shriek out at the exact time I set it for. Today I am having a huge bodily response which tells me what decision I need to make.
Today is my first day back to work. And today I know that something needs to be done.
